Women's Employement Sustainability, Health, Inclusion

There is no sustainability if it is not regenerative!
Resilience = Regeneration!

What is Ninakilla?

We are a European project, which through the revaluation of ancestral culture, promotes the empowerment, training and labor insertion of unemployed immigrant women and in difficult situations.

Our programs are based on developing productive activities, rescuing the potential of resilient women, to disseminate and raise awareness of sustainable production and good practices in nutrition, involving stakeholders who create a comprehensive impact at 360* through a change with a social approach reducing the gender gap in different sectors.

NINA = FIRE
KILLA = MOON

Based on the original language of the ancestral historical culture of the Inkas, Quechua, in which
the Moon represents femininity, and fire represents the main element of strength and of a historical kitchen.

NINAKILLA LAB KITCHEN

Through the revaluation of gastronomic culture, we sow the seeds of new generations of female chefs in Europe, enhancing the figure of the women on the world of the Food. We learn cooking techniques, biosecurity and regeneration, nutrition trends, and market lines in order to offer unique experiences combining flavor, health, sustainability, and social impact.

NINA KRAFTS

Inclusion slow fashion and up cycling are the pillars of this program. Through a sustainable fashion program, we create garments adapted to European fashion with our ethnic and ancestral patterns, uniting cultures and revaluing the raw materials and labor of our local artisan women, creating a productive chain of value and a strong social impact.
Each piece of clothing is a story of resilience

EMERGENT HUB

Our Plase Projects Hub develops various socio-economic impact projects focused on sustainable production and consumption and the digitization of emerging communities, promoting the strengthening of the productive capacities of cooperatives, women’s organizations, farmers transferring high technology and technical cooperation. international oriented to improve the quality of life, proper nutrition and development in the poorest communities of emerging countries

WE WORK ON THREE FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS OF ACTION

DIGNITY, CITIZENSHIP AND VALUES FROM DIVERSITY, FROM THE STRENGTH OF WOMEN.

Women always manage to be reborn, and that is why we want to create a permanent and itinerant structure in the various European countries that can help immigrant women increase their level of autonomy and integration through their cultures of origin with a focus particularly in autonomy in cooking and crafts. And contrast the gender gap in the various sectors. Women have been protagonists of foreign immigration in Italy since its inception, but their specific condition has been neglected for a long time: compared to those of men or identified with marginal, passive and stereotyped roles.

By women for women

Our founder received a recognition from the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, as a result of her efforts to develop the empowerment of unemployed women, victims of violence and in a situation of economic gravity, through their reintegration into the world of delivery and others, and from there we have the inspiration to continue with the spirit of promoting and developing a network of autonomous women, who manage to overcome the adversities that arise!
